I hate standing ohp. So much harder than seated. I randomly switched to standing ohp one day cuz seated ohp bench was taken and I felt like a noob again.. I have too much imbalances which makes standing harder

I did 90's for 4 seated on thursday for my last set but donno if I could do 180 standing atm

Not sure the hate on OHP, its a pretty smooth lift and it keeps my shoulders feeling good
Best lifts:
Bench press: 315x5
Squat: 465x1
Strict press: 205x5
Deadlift: 405x13 (conv tap'n'go with straps)

Anyone that lifts OHP regularly knows the progression struggle. Probably the hardest lift to push past plateaus.

Way too much lower back lordosis for my liking. Didn't anyone ever tell you to brace your abs when lifting. You should be maintaining a nice neutral spine on all lifts otherwise you will injury your spine.
