American work culture. There's this pervasive idea in corporate America that employees should work unnecessarily long hours and do more work than their job requires in order to get promoted. In practice, it's just a way for companies to squeeze free labor out of people by making vague, insincere promises. There's nothing wrong with working hard, but make sure you're getting something in return.

We never know if it goes to who they claim it is supposed to go to, and....... what percentage is administrative costs to "run" the charity.
sometimes it is 80/20 administrative
