Kong is huge in these new movies. Not as big as Godzilla but still quite large. Way bigger than the traditional King Kong.

Watched the trailer after getting back from seeing the new Japanese take on it, which is to say a bit more serious than this.
These movies are big and dumb, usually have some fun moments. Utterly pointless and horrible humans. Fun and stupid monster fights. Looks like it's getting even bigger and dumber, which I don't know if that is a good thing. It was plenty big and very dumb last time around, they might push it too far and end up Transformer-ing the movie into something that's just impossible to give a **** about.
