I feel the spoken information is too complex for the audience to then correlate with the drawings

And the drawing content is quite simple thus becomes boring quickly, to much on one page, have one picture taking the full screen up that changes quicker as you say the image

If your target audience is the TikTok crowd you need the words your saying written as subtitles

I think your better making these 1 min TikTok videos with subtitles, then also post these to YouTube shorts, then consolidate a few for longer YT content

Chat gpt could probably write your dialogue/script better

Other than that idk maybe stay consistent
