Vegas is NV…no state taxes and the property taxes aren’t that bad vs where I’m at right now. That’s my primary reason to move. Don’t think you can ride dirt bikes on all state owned land in the valley but I could be wrong.

I asked a while back if any brahs lived in the desert and nobody responded lol.
