They don't always show your specific use case for Excel in the YouTube videos.

There are so many formulas out there that it's hard to know if you need to find XXX data for your manager in time for his presentation, to use the NETWORKDAYS function, for example, and how to find different data on different sheets that are greater than or equals. Sometimes I try to copy someone else's formula to edit it and screen shot it, zoom in so I don't miss a damn single quote or something that will keep showing ERROR.

So stressful....

It's not like you have a lot of time when it's a fire drill.

OP if your new position is in mgt, you probably won't need to know the deep inner workings of Excel.
