It's scary there are people like that out there, period.

Anytime someone does a mass killing there are red flags such as what that woman wrote. Many times the police have had interactions with the individual but there wasn't much they could do because no crime was committed.

My Dad says the problem is that the mental institutions have mostly been shut down and that this is where the problem is--not guns. Now many those people who should be in institutions are wandering all around our streets homeless or they are in jail.
