Interesting constitutional question in Maine’s case: Could the individual districts still insist putting him on the ballot since they each have an individual electoral vote? Even if he is denied the statewide votes.

There really is no reason for a meltdown since the Supreme Court will strike this down if these states really want to play these games. Besides these are also super liberal states that will never go to the GOP in a general election. When Alabama or MS try this, then is when you should worry.
