My guess is that the grandmothers didn't enforce proper English enough and their friends and hip hop artists influence their style more than grandma.

I have never in my life heard a black person say any of those phrases IRL...and i'm black. I've only heard it on TV and movies with scripts written by white people/Jews (if you want to differentiate the two) whothinkthats how black people talk.
