What do you call Joe Biden's refusal to protect and secure the southern border for his entire presidency, letting millions of illegals pour in unchecked on his watch? He has a sworn duty to protect the people to the best of his ability, and he is blatantly refusing to do one of the single most important jobs a POTUS has in keeping the border secured. If that's not violating the constitution, then Trump telling people to peacefully protest (he was very specific about the peaceful part on the day it happened, and right before they left for the Capitol) sure as hell isn't either.
