Weird how the OP completely ignores the fact that most of the people that say the state sucks actually live there. I won't deny the state itself is great, but the people that run it suck. How do you think California is going to dig itself out of the $68 billion deficit its got? It's not going to be the homeless or illegals paying for it. Oh yeah, now illegals get healthcare in the state, let's overwhelm the hospitals a bit more.

I'm in the suburbs and I'm seeing more and more homeless. Glad I can garage my cars as there is no way I want to leave them parked in the driveway anymore.

Define high paying jobs? Your average wage in Hawaii is 25.29 which is much higher than California's numbers which are greatly exaggerated due to the rich fkers living there.
