Yeah just go play football blind retards. Misc IQ drops by the day with threads like these.

P.S. They've had to do this before, granted it was regular season so they opted to move the game location. For the playoffs they're trying to keep it in Buffalo obviously.

It's like none of you have ever watched sports. By the way....

2010 - Vikings vs Giants: Due to a snow storm in Minnesota and damage to the Metrodome, the game was played in Detroit. Due to the same situation, the Vikings had to move their game against the Bears to the University of Minnesota campus.
2010 - Vikings vs Eagles: The Sunday Night Football game was postponed to Tuesday because of a snowstorm in Philadelphia.
2014 - Jets vs Bills: The Nov. 23 game had to be be moved to Detroit and was played on Nov. 24 also due to a snowstorm in Buffalo.
2022 - Browns vs Buffalo: The Nov. 20 game was moved to Ford Field in Detroit due to a severe winter storm in Buffalo.
did the governor do that or did the NFL?

It would have been an unwatchable game with no one in the stands. The team has been paying people twenty dollars an hour to help shovel the snow from the stadium because it's absolutely buried.

So heavy snow and extreme winds making for white out conditions. Ffs, It was the right call.
why is the governor making the call, the NFL can make the call

It seems like he would be in a no win situation when you consider most of the population has a room temperature IQ. Cancel the game and they'll hate you, allow the morons out and a few die because they weren't prepare and you're also to blame.

That's not even an unusual thing in Buffalo. The city and especially the towns (like in Orchard Park where the stadium is) have their highway department drivers getting a lot of overtime pay driving the plows. You'd be surprised how clear the main roads are unless the area gets like 5+ feet of snow.
Yeah Buddyyy! Light weight! Light weight baby!!!!
