There's a pretty big difference between being able to understand why a protest happens versus endorsing it. To me, the aims of the Palestine rally were much more valiant and coherent than J6 or the SCOTUS protest. That does not translate into me giving a blanket endorsement of every action of the 400k people there that day. To be honest, I don't disagree with everyone that was at J6 either (this excludes storming the capitol, that was dumb, I did not partake in this), although the general impetus seemed like crybaby nonsense.
