How much Vit D do you take?

Eating Salmon does wonders to your immune system too

I take two 2000iu pills daily.. have done bloodwork several times over the past few years and my levels are always at 50 or so. Thats taking into account that I work from home and probably get less than 5 hours of sunlight every week.

My parents clocked in at like 100-130 lmao. Still baffles me that they never got the virus, despite not working out. They eat tons of veggies/fruits and have high vit D levels so maybe that had something to do with it.
