Seems like you’re your own worst enemy and biggest hurdle. You work in ultra-competitive tech. You should be able to handle normal life stuff without it being this difficult

Exhausted to take a shower and miss many days. Exhausted to get to the gym but been pushing 5x a week since Dec. 18. Somehow get to work. Just brushing teeth takes a huge toll. Lost 20 lbs though, but it's stalling since introducing weight training after 3 months of no exercise due to Covid and pneumonia.

How can one expect anyone to be attracted to someone who lives like this?

maybe you shouldn't have cheated on him repeatedly. I would have a contentious relationship with my wife if I found out she was a trainwreck garbage whore.
