Probably just airbrushed to hell

It's this generation of young people, they all look the same. They all grew up talking to each other through screens. They all have that dead look expression. None of them really show any expression in their face in pictures or when talking to them in person. I see this in my nephews and the way they talk without any emotion and most people their age. I can tell just by looking at pictures how much social interaction a younger person has had compared to internet social interaction.

I was checking into a hotel the other day talking to the young chick giving me my room key and her door dash order walked in, an older lady. The young chick just stared at the smoothie being delivered without saying a word, the older chick was like "your name is blah blah right? This is yours?" Then after a long pause the young girl said yeah without looking up and the older chick awkwardly walked out looking confused as the young girl just stared at the smoothie.

After the older chick left the young chick went back to getting me checked in without saying a word. I asked what just happened and why she didn't talk to the older chick to alleviate the confusion in the room and she said she was distracted. I've seen this chick a few times so she got used to talking to me and the routine of checking people into rooms so she was comfortable, but the smoothie being delivered threw a wrench in her human interaction process and she was ****ed. I see **** like this all the time in the younger generation.

Anyway, chick is hot but that dead soulless expression is a huge no for me and ruins her.
