No, it was just something the mother said the daughter told her-but as we have seen in many cases a mother often coaxes the kid into that. This was supposedly what the argument was about-but she didn't go & file a complaint. Even if he was a diddler it doesn't excuse the cop blowing his head off when he had dropped the gun-it looked like he had it in a bag-the report mentions the weapon being in a bag, though it seems he did pull it out & wasn't even waving it & he was on the floor holding his wounded arm & moaning from the pain-he was not resisting or any threat to them.
