call me a hater but i thought Cody came up small tonight. didn't look comfortable out there. awkward how he had no music when he walked out, and just seemed small in stature and in presence vs Dwayne and Roman.

I thought Rock did well in a fairly hostile environment. I can't stand the loser fans who still need to get their stupid fking "WUUTT" chants in during these promos. this is huge, years in the making, and you can't let it play out. the fans are just garbage people sometimes.

One thing is abundantly clear to me coming out of all this.

They NEED to elevate the Seth Rollins B grade title up to the level of the Universal title.

Remember when you'd have Brock or Undertaker or Cena as Champ on Smackdown and HHH or Batista as champ on raw?

If it was a situation like that where the belt Rollins holds was held by a legit star and seen as equal to Reigns then all of this wouldn't have been an issue and they could have had 2 epic main events at mania.

It's just because everyone knows the Rollins belt is worthless trash that caused all this.

Punk getting injured burned their last way out because otherwise they could have had Punk win the title off Rollins on raw and I think they could have got away with Cody vs Punk.

Not enough storyline build up between Rock and Roman fighting over who the real head of the table is. So because Cody talked about the Bloodline family, they’re just gonna drop it and Rock and Roman are friends now? That was weak. Rock made Cody look weak just by mogging size alone not including the slap.

Would like to see Rock be like Vince and pull the power trip head of the table and head of the company and can do anything he wants.

i think my issue with cody (and seth) in that setting was the visual of it all. they're both upset and hollering while roman and especially dwayne are towering over them.

alllll that crying and complaining about the rock. he was a beast last night. he looks like a million dollars, he read the crowd and worked the room incredibly. have GOT to give him his props with how he's doing all this. even if the original plan was dumb and they pivoted; fair enough, it's the right move now. big mean corporate rock is the right way to go.

as for Rock siding with his family i don't mind it. i'm sure down the road you have the bloodline turn on him and you get rock/roman some other time.

That press conference was juicy.

I want the Rock to screw Cody and be a heel authority figure for the Bloodline, then would have a match at main PLEs, but eventually screw Roman and let Cody win in the future.

They’re not friends, they’re family and always were.

You can have issues with a family member but if someone comes for you, you rally around them because they’re family.

Makes perfect sense. It’s just hypocritical in this instance because they invoked Dusty first and insulted him.

To be fair, the Rock makes everyone look small. Roman looked like a DYEL guy standing in his T-shirt next to The Rock with his guns out. And that’s just physically, his star power and aura dwarfs everyone else’s in the company.
Thus, a good man, though a slave, is free; but a wicked man, though a king, is a slave. For he serves, not one man alone, but what is worse, as many masters as he has vices. - Saint Augustine
