Now the minimalist approach to the costume customization content makes sense though, what we have had available is simply all the free content, the rest is going to be charged. This definitely feels like the sort of bait n switch we got with GT7, when they released the pay content after all the critic reviews. Very sneaky.
I have not played Tekken since the PSP version, how's this new one run on steam deck ?

I've seen some people say they got it to run pretty well on Steam Deck with some tweaks to the settings. I saw a video where some guy covered it. I got it for Series X though.

PCcel sentiment here has always been that "Playstation has no games". PS releases their first day and date game on PC and it continues to shatter all sorts of records as PCcels eat it up.

This is hardly the classic formula of the type of Playstation game people are usually referring to.

This would not be happening if it was another single player game, plain and simple. The hype behind this game is that it's for the boys, not another dark and depressing story game.

If Sony ever releases one of their usual single player games on day 1 and it has 400k concurrent players a week later I'll absolutely eat my words, but that will never happen. Multiplayer is king on pc.

If Sony released their single player games day and date they would be racking up crazy ass sales on Steam as well. Don't be a fool, something like Spiderman 2 or Ragnarok would have millions of sales on PC in the same time frame as PS5.

Yeah they would sell but that isn't really the same as having the entire gaming community hyped over playing your mp game. Helldivers is really hitting the right buttons for alot of people. Something like Horizon or Spiderman simply doesn't have the same effect no matter how many copies sell.

The difference here is multiplayer. Really simple. People want fun things they can play with their friends. Palworld is another great example of this. No single player game is going to capture that type of gaming feeling regardless of the units moved.

Still unsure why Sony never bothered to release a PC port for Bloodborne, they would still rake in endless gorillions.

Well, maybe they'll do a multiplat release for the inevitable remaster.

It's why I'm even more skeptical about any game coming out these days because the new tactic is 100% going to be for companies to strategically wait out the implementation of in-game shops and macrotransactions.

Dumbasses will keep defending it, too, because they're under some insane belief that companies can't "support" a game without them buying their costumes and hats, despite the fact that they used to do that very thing, especially with these crazy concepts called "expansions." At least with an expansion pack you would get a complete package where the content was naturally integrated to provide a cohesive and purposeful experience.
