It definitely wasnt this bad though, average men had more of a chance even on the apps just a few years ago.

Women have changed. They've become so much pickier and as I said are now more willing to say 'I'd rather be chads cum dumpster than get married to billy beta' and thats a very new thing.

How many of the guys wanted more than the top 3 women?

I don't think this is a woman issue. At the very least, I doubt the bottom 5 women at this event had very many of the 15 men wanting to date them. Not after getting a chance to chat with the top 5 women at the event.


I can say with a fact that I would want the top 1 or 2 women there. Doesn't even matter if the 3rd or 4th girls were attractive. The competitiveness in me and comparison with the better options would diminish those that didn't match up. It's human nature




Context where you meet someone really is huge. You can swing way out of your league if the context is right and you are the best option available. Think about people coming from small towns where the guy ends up marrying a smoking hot girl he would never have been able to land if they met in a major city.

I'm seeing it in my friends. These are well put together, high earning guys but they're not the best looking and some are kind of beta. They're starting to get more vocal about their frustrations and its turning into more of a 'I'm checking out' vibe.

I dont think you can have this at scale and not have some serious consequences.

Well some of the guys compared notes and a few of them did what I did which was match with all the women just to see if we got any matches at all. Dont think all the guys did that, but given what we know how it works online I would say the majority of the guys matched with the majority of the women. While the women all picked the same top guys.

Same thing as online.

yeah definitely worse but that's when it started and on the path to being unusable over the last 10 or so. in the very early years it was just kinda nervous regular people (that really didn't want people to know they were on it) from within 10 miles taking a chance on meeting someone.

Yes incels have been a thing forever but in totally different circumstances where those men were dealt with in ways we can no longer do.

You cant take the modern system and just turn half the men to incels and expect nothing to change. I find it insane that anyone thinks so.
