My girlfriend came over Friday night ...i was straight up done with that visitor lot.

Moved my car around back on the street and let her take my spot

Joys of condo living lol

But yeah it was aggressive even though I am technically in the wrong.
They could have had a warning or notice first
If the log is in your building then that is way easier. I would have preferred that.

Some associations are easy going, and others seem to have people that live to boss others around. I know one association President who, when there is an infraction, tries to find out what is going on, give warning, etc. And I've heard of others that simply without warning or care levy the fine.

I am observing a pattern of overly aggressive towing companies in my area and if a building has a contract with them, they hover like vultures.
150 to 200 a tow can make for some aggressive drivers.

Case in point, gf has 10 spots in front of an apartment that are marked for potential new lease customers. If you are delivering something, walking a dog, or running upstairs for anyrhing then you are subject to random tows as the trucks are constantly circling.
It sucks.

But op, I guess with not being in the log book then you were seen as illegally parked.
