I will literally never marry a woman who is:
- Below $60k/yr income
- In significant debt ($20k+)
SRS.
That's how you get ahead and survive divorce. Do a prenup and marriage in a state that typically honors it, so that what was yours before remains yours, what debts she had remains hers. Then she hopefully brings in her own income, which helps with the increased CoL. Invest, and enjoy the married-filed-jointly tax savings. If divorce happens, a ratio of what was earned after the marriage is calculated and divided, likely still out of your favor but it's mitigated compared to otherwise. If kids / child support is involved though then I would think her income might also ratio out to you not owing as much, but IDK how child support works TBH.
But back to the intent of the OP, yes I've thought this too. Brb Valentine's, her birthday, anniversary, Christmas. All adds up when you're dating someone. Then you might have planned trips, and more weekend outings in general, compared to if you were single. You might be able to argue that having close friends that wanna go out and do chit is expensive too in its own right, especially if you have mutually expensive hobbies like clubbing, golfing, sports bars every weekend, vacations as well, or even firing range shooting.
There's a cost I guess to interact with people, unless all of your people just find their joy primarily from video games and chit like that.
But at least if you're dating a girl with good morals and principles, she'll likely cover her own sometimes. My GF pays for chit all the time, srs.

Sounds good in theory. However, the data shows that the highest earners/wealthiest people, even those that are self made/not inherited, are married/have kids.
My long term GF doesn't even contribute to my mortgage/recurring bills. But my over-all finances have improved. Just by her buying food/house-hold cleaning items and handling the shopping has freed up well over 800$ per month from what I'd normally spend. Furthermore we both traveled like 2-3x per year on our own. Now that we are combined and splitting expenses 50/50 (mainly food/hotels/rental cars/gas). I'm saving a **** ton of money on general travel expenses. Once we are married we are going to 50/50 house-hold/living expenses and I'll double the amount of money I invest every month.
That doesn't even factor in if we stay married long term. She has a milly life insurance policy on her mom and her dad. So once they go + 2 mill towards investment accounts. Then she inherits 1 primary house and 3 rent houses from her parents. We'll sell said primary house (most likely for 600Kish) and collect the rent on the 3 other houses per month.
Due to us both being squared away financially and decent earners. After marriage, we're going to build a new/bigger home and rent out my current home. I have a ton of equity and my monthly payments into the house is now only 25% of what I can get per month for it in rent. So on top of this house getting paid off by a renter I'm going to have a decent amount of cash-flow from it. I'm really anticipating being able to build a new house with a 4 car garage, 4 bed 3 bath with a pool. And it most likely my 50% of the mortgage won't cost me anything. It'll come out of the cash-flow from this house.
I haven't had to grocery shop, cook, wash dishes, or clean my house in several years. So I've grown accustomed to an easier standard of living.
I was a nomarriage type guy for a long time. I've did the math & the research. The right woman can enhance your life and even finances dramatically. My standard of living has increased. My free time has increased. My living expenses are being cut by 50% and the house-hold income is nearly doubling. Even without inheritances/assets that I'll get my hands on in the distant future.
I truly think most women are fairly worthless. But the right once can enhance your life massively. Even if we only last 5 years I'll still be better off financially then if I stayed single and never had a marriage/divorce. . It does help that I found a woman with her **** together who allows me to control the finances without complaining. I had full access to her bank accounts/401K within the first year of dating. (srs). Completely submissive to me.

A sloot would be a net taker, even if she has a great job herself. She'd cut into my golf budget to spend on stupid sloot bullchit in exchange for sex, and I don't know if that's a tradeoff I want to make. Not for the hefty woman in my league. You think spending a thousand a month for golf sounds excessive, how about spending a thousand a month on entertaining a girl with fatceps.
I don't want children, so marriage is the absolute dumbest financial decision I could ever make. There's not a man or woman on earth I would trust with half my chit, if we met at say 30 years old. You just can't establish that level of trust when you're both independent adults with your own chit going on. It becomes transactional at that point, like all other adult relationships.

Say ur a 7 today. as in you get womens that are objectively attractive with relative ease. Find a 6 that is slightly below other girls you could Get into relationship with but makes up for it with personality & family values.
If you keep on working hard & improving the next 10 years what possible incentive would she have to ever divorce you? She would have no option other than to significally trade down when finding a new man. You could Get hotter girls when you earned less & she looked better. Now she is 10 years older & has 3 kids. What man on your level would want her? Exactly.
Women never leave a man for any other reason that to trade up because they feel like they deserve better.
If you are better than any male hitting her up the thought would never cross her mind. Instead she will be worried about you leaving her.

Agree with OP, but I would add that when it's time to enter into a relationship, you should only do so with women who are richer than you.
If a woman who's more financially well-off than you is giving you them cheeks, then the attraction is real.
Stay away from poor people like the damn plague.

What the copecels on this forum forget is that plenty of women outearn them. So being in a relationship with one doesn't necessarily mean they are financially worse off.

Knew a dude years back who literally lived at work, he ended up owing the business. Ded srs had an auto-body show and lived in this loft for years. He's doing pretty well for himself. No bills just stacking cash.
A lot of truck drivers do this but most of them for whatever reason need to have a wife somewhere that ruins them every time but they keep doing it.
