Definitely not ok for her to do. If it happened once that's one thing but to repeat that behavior again especially knowing you're not ok with it seems like it should be a deal breaker. I'd rather someone sleep at a friends house than drive drunk but they should control their drinking if they need to drive home. If I'm driving I will drink one or two drinks at the very beginning of the night to get a buzz and then water so that by the time it's time to leave I'm good to drive.
