I can WFH and get away with what I do because I'm extremely experienced and there's a shortage of people in my field. We don't have diversity hires and bootcamp ph4ggots in OG electrical engineering fields. Just a few weeks ago I got an offer for a $190k position WFH after a 45 minute interview.
