The thing is, is that it was meant for minorities, but it actually happened that the people that had the means to raise kids and are well off are the ones that utilized it

Especially now that it is harder to access it…ppl with money will find a way to abort, the ones without will give birth…which means you will have more unwanted kids raised by chit parents and when they become adults they do chit stuff…some we say need to be sent to death anyways….
