Few do, although it's not like Trumpers are unique and there aren't 1,000,000 outlets that pander bullchit tailored 'news' to people far left, left, neo-con right, as well. Tim just carved out a little niche with Trump/MAGA types who weren't getting it from anywhere else -- and I will give him, while he's sensationalist and excitable, he's not an outright liar from what I've seen. He may feign outrage often or make a bigger deal of something than it probably should, but he's not full CNN/Fox/MSNBC, either.
