This is classic case of low IQ vs high IQ.

The moderators (low IQ) somehow think they will partake in the financial success of the company. First they willingly worked for free and can leave at any time, second even if reddit is forced to hire moderators, they will just contract that out like ********, twitter, onlyfans ect all do. The moderators wouldnt even be reddit employees. Third we will see very soon that even those contract jobs will be replaced by AI, i mean most AI has already been pre-loaded and trained on all the same marxist totalitarian ideology that reddit mods love to enforce, you can just replace them with AI if they quit working for free.


As for the CEO (high IQ), it was a genius move to pay himself out in salary and also shows that he may be unsure of the future of the company. A lot of times owners/ CEOs of start ups will take low pay in return for shares and growth of the company. But now that he cashed out 200 million that is his forever, so if reddit stock tanks, if they go bankrupt, if they become the next MySpace and worthless, none of that matters to him because he paid himself a sky high salary while making zero profit and he invested that money else where. All the low IQ redditors could cheer if the company collapses and it doesnt matter CEO Shiekelstein Cuckerberg will still live in his gated mansion.

BTW, dont wanna read too much on Reddit.

What is the source of funding from reddit up until this IPO if they do not make money to even scratch the surface of profitability? Tech investor money?

Did he take out 200m just from their funding or he will take it out when they IPO? Also, if the company is on shaky grounds why would any major fund buy into the public stock?

LOL this. There is a whole science behind tricking young people to "fight for their cause" and do things they think are meaningful and will end up with some kind of reward. Was reading how media companies paying not even close to min wage to young journalism grads who think they are being real journalists.

Those moderators are getting paid in allowing them to control something, which is the reason anybody becomes an unpaid mod.
