I would only do the spark plugs and valve adjustment. You said it's a 4 cylinder so it has a chain not a timing belt. You can drain the coolant yourself and put new coolant in the radiator for $20.

newer hondas and toyotas are ****, riding their repuation from the 90's/00's. they are made in america by diversity hires now. Ford or even Hyundai makes a much better car nowadays

No one mentioned valve adjustments but good advice; I'm sure OhPee knows how to clear air out of a cooling system & won't warp any aluminum, let alone burn himself from the pressurized boiling fluid

OP, those are decent prices for the services being performed, get them done. It's a great car and if in good condition it will probably last another 100K miles without a lot of expense. If you want to get an idea of how your engine is doing you should take a sample of the oil and send it out for oil analysis.
