There's zero linking the measly $40k Joe got as being related in any way to the payment from China other than they kind of occurred close to each other boyo.

If this was actual evidence the Rs would have it splashed across every alt right media source with all the incriminating details.

This was presented to Congress. They accepted its veracity despite what you think, and it's for that reason they have nothing to move ahead with against Biden.

Joe Biden wired his brother $40,000 through his attorney Monzack, and James Biden paid that loan back on September 3 of that year, he stated. Then on January 12, 2018, Joe Biden loaned his brother $200,000 via Monzack, and James Biden repaid him on March 1 of that year, he confirmed. The wire transfers from Joe Biden and James Biden’s loan repayments ran through an attorney trust account controlled by Monzack

Yes. They are under very tight scrutiny to keep all financial records of any monetary transaction that they make. There are laws about this (don't know the exact statute) but that it is done so that they can't be accused of being coerced and corrupted by outside influences.

Actually I don't think it looks bad at all. The dollar amount isn't close to the china payment and rich family members loan money to other family members all the time.

The $2B payment from the Saudis to Jarvanka for obvious favors is much much more troubling.
