Best thing to do if someone is trolling or chitposting is to just ignore them. There are people I've ignored for literally 2 years and they still follow me around, trying to troll me, talking to no one. It reveals their mental illness.


Look at Neg Fraudhy thread too. People posting ITT have me stuck in their head, and laughably, they never post about lifting or fitness. Ever.
