No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

Everyday. LOL if you don't know how to cook.

I like making homemade poke bowls with tuna. General rule of thmb is that if it's been frozen all the bacteria and parasites, etc has been killed off. Even sushi restaurants do this. I usually do rice as the base, radish, cucumber, edamame, and sometimes carrots. The tuna I'll dice and mix with ponzu sauce. top with sesame seeds.

What's a myth? I've used fresh caught tuna as well. It takes a lot to ruin my stomach so I'm good using both. Typically frozen tuna is cheaper.

you 100% want your local favorite sushi restaurant to have pre-frozen their sushi past a certain level of frozenness for a certain period of time.
This. I'm willing to bet every sushi restaurant you go to has had their fish frozen.

sushi got nothing to do with it.they freeze it so it DOESNT get parasites and bacteria.look it up.its a myth 100%. In fact freezing puts bacteria and parasites in hibernation. This is common knowledge to any culinary student

6 months in culinary school before changing. Like cooking but it gets repetitive.

Get an air fryer or a smoker for your patio if they're allowed. Also meal prep, cook the chicken in big batches then you don't have so much prep/cook time and clean up every night. You could also get a crockpot, throw the chicken in cook for 6-8 hours and shred it. Throw some BBQ sauce on it. I used to do that all the time. So easy. Crockpot Mexican chicken is good too.

INGREDIENTS
2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tablespoons taco seasoning
1 (16 oz.) jar salsa (see notes)

INSTRUCTIONS
Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Sprinkle with taco seasoning.
Pour the salsa over the chicken breasts and cover the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 2 ½ to 3 hours, until the chicken is cooked through.
Remove the chicken breasts and shred. Return the shredded meat to the slow cooker and stir to get it well mixed with the sauce. Serve and enjoy!
