Cut it into 2 inch chunks, then poke holes in it with a fork or the tip of a knife, season it well, brown it over high heat, and then let it cook in the pressure cooker for 45 minutes.

If you need seasoning recommendations, you can't go wrong with basic Adobo, sazon, and sofrito.

Make Shashlik with it

The onions really break down the meat pretty good. Blending cucumber,yogurt and some dill is a good sauce for them too
