There must have been something else in the water. You typically don't foam at the mouth when you drown.
This also isn't the worse.
There was one video where the guys were trapped in the same cage and they were doused in lighter fluid and burned alive
then there was another one in the desert where a guy was bound by his ankles and was trying to hop away while he was chased and ultimately ran over by the tread of a tank.
Same disturbingly high quality videos just like the OPs. The worse part is, the quality is so high i'm not even grossed out or disturbed by it because it just looks like a scene from a gorey movie.

The wjoe cutting off of heads thing just seems weird.
