Well very few teens are actually looking to meet fat, 60 year old slobs
So yeah its basically a crime that doesn't exist
It is people they know doing it and family members

They usually turn it into a C pee investigation and that is how they get the guys charged

Either way it is probably a good idea to get these guys that are into kids in prison
Not because they will have the ability to meetup with a kid online (because chances are slim), it is more to get them known and away from family/neighbors
