Bro just go to PetSmart once a month and buy dog food like a normal person.

Great thread, lot of repspreading to happen when I'm on recharge. I'm thinking of drying some food, tossing in a chicken leg quarter 2-3/week for each dog, bones, extra meat, etc. Might even start out making some slop for the stupid cat, cat food is pound for pound way more expensive than dog food, even.

This is one of those things I really would like to do but it seems like a lot of work.

As is, we give our dogs dry food with some pumpkin for breakfast, carrots for lunch, and greek yogurt for dinner. We started doing it cause they have sensitive stomachs and were getting diarrhea a lot.

Our last dog used to always get the giblets and chicken necks when we'd buy a whole chicken. She loved that crap, and the chicken necks were great for cleaning her teeth. It was an outside only activity though.

got my new pup on cooked food from instantpot. bro is biuriful. undecided if i wanna do raw as a pupper, but after hes about a year old (3 months now) i might swap.

Neighbor just got a little GSD mix and put up a makeshift fence, he lets his little guy out and we're making nice/friends with him, he just loves it when me, my wife or kids come over to say hello. We play a game with him where we run down the fence and he runs with whoever in a 'race'. Quick little guy, kind of a cheater too, he'll hit the end and immediately run back, sometimes before I'm ready and it's hard to go full sprint, turn around and start back (hard for human, much easier for dog).

We introduced the more calm of my two GSDs to him, they sniffed and made nice. The more aggressive one (which I've pictured) we're holding off on.

I like to give mine a mixture of high quality dry dog food, beef mince and bones
