Not true

Height peaked with early Millenials. Late Millenians, Zoomers, GenA are a slight bit shorter but taller than previous generations.

And it makes sense. Early Millenials caught the years where nutrition and test levels were balanced. Previous gens had **** tier lifestyles, average nutrition with high tests, while new gen have **** test levels, good lifestyles, average nutrition.

Except that's not the case at all. You're just talking out of your ass. If what you said was true, physical standards wouldn't be lowered to join the military, the police department, the fire department, etc.

They would also be breaking records in the gym. Instead they're hogging the 5-30lb dumbells, and have that soft, skinny fat look.
