Had blood work, nothing abnormal

What helped me was de-stressing and not worrying about it. It helps a lot to just get up and do something - sitting at a computer or desk makes it worse.

Also the symptoms are worst when I first wake up and steadily improve throughout the day.

You have chronic miscitis, which is incurable.

On the off chance that this thread is serious, it could be too many different things to list, from neuro to cardiac to changes in alcohol and stimulant usage.

One simple thing you can do is take your pulse when you feel dizzy and/or about to faint.
Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!

The only dangerous thing about an exercise is the person doing it.

Damn brah, didn’t realize how many of us felt these weird symptoms. Stress and sedentary living seems like a logical explanation.

Yeah I do notice if I get moving I tend to feel better, although on the other hand caffeine seems to make it worse which sucks cuz I like coffee lol.
