Yep, I poop three times or more a day. I noticed when I did keto, there was barely any wiping needed. I love meat and think I could do it. How many calories do you eat, or do you not really track it?
I would just stick to fatty red meats, bacon, butter, salt, water to begin with. That's what I did. I tracked calories on and off for a while because I lost 16lbs over about 3-4 months from 196lbs to 180lbs and look like an athlete and wasn't working out. I was eating 3.5k-4k every day. It broke my mind and a bunch of carnivores have been showing CICO isn't always correct. Like 3/4lb bacon and 2lbs of ribeye with butter most days plus other little things.

I find it's just matching carbs to fats. I'll do high carbs but lower the fats to minimal (I don't sustain this long since I feel tired without fats). I can do keto way longer and it takes time to kick in.

Keto was legit for me. I did it for six months and stayed at 3500 calories on the dot each day. I lost 10 pounds, going from 187 to 177. I looked like a sik kunt. I lost another three pounds going back to carbs and eating 2000 calories a day.
I just have no cravings or reason to consume carbs anymore. The few times I cheat purposely to test things and see how it affects me, I don't even enjoy the taste of carbs. It's insane actually.

While I do not eat a carnivore diet, we still eat similar. Great meal, I’d eat it for sure.

Donno man. Let me know your cholesterol and bilirubin after a while.
I was having a lot of butter, just 2% milk and a lot of ground beef over the weekends, as well as cheese daily and ended up with a "fatty liver" and high cholesterol.
I avoid sat fats now so idk. I feel better too

NGL don't think I could eat essentially hamburgers without the buns lol. I know the cheese, butter, liver, seasonings, etc. make it better but… isn't 100% whole wheat enough of a compromise? Same for brown rice instead of white rice?
Would rather just make cheesy scrambled eggs, and mix in the beef / chicken / pork. Srs. Yesterday all I ate all day was a thick ribeye, cut up and mixed into cheesy scrambled eggs, along with cut up chicken hotdogs.

Screw the breads and rices. srs. All filler bullchit.
I know I sound like a carnivore preacher here, but i still can't believe how good I feel on this. To the point I am almost angry that all these prior years I could have avoided so many health issues and feeling like chit. I feel like a new human and like a superhuman with superhuman conditioning and mental clarity. My mind is like a well oil machine and my memory now is almost 100x that of before.
Idk wtf is in our food, but eliminating 99% of it made me never want to ingest it again.
