Nah I don't think the combo matters much. I mostly drink a lot when I stop taking it. When I've used it I tend to drink much less. I've stopped for 3+ months before if I quit I could easily revert back to the same if not better version of my natty self. Also never really used much so never had a problem with estrogen or whatever the fuk.

It might help a little. In my case it made me horny enough to use a dating app and get laid a few times. That's the extent of the life gains I made from it.
