I was working 80 hour weeks and still lifting or doing cardio every day, whilst having a pacemaker. Being battery powered and never stopping made it the perfect name.
Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!

The only dangerous thing about an exercise is the person doing it.

They had the technology to rebuild me. They made me better, stronger, faster......

Abzu is basically like Hell, what is now referred to as Heaven and it housed the first God's humanity ever worshiped.

It specifically relates to Enki who is similar to Loki in Norse mythology and Poseidon in Greek mythology.

The Abzu is a deep underground palace of fresh water and it translate to "Deep Water".

Tanks of Holy Water was referred to as Abzu by the Babylonians.

Christianity and all abrahamic religion derives from the Abzu.

Enki created and then saved humanity from "God".

When I lifted for a short while in my 20s, the only muscle where I made any real gainz were my traps.

Ultimately I did make minor improvements elsewhere, but my traps really blew up.
