Actually, if you understood logic well enough, you'd understand that YOU are the one claiming that the person your insulting is mentally ill and gay - so you have no qualms about insulting/bullying a mentally ill gay person, or you're just lying. Either way, it shows a lack of character and best and a serious personality flaw at worst.

Making fun of the mentally ill and gay is like making fun of someone who is in a wheelchair or disabled in some way - only the worst person does that.

Your food does not look 'bad' per say. But when you are a fat. You either want to eat high protein, high carb, low fat. (For bodybuilding). Or high fat, high protein, low/no carb. (If you have food allergies or disorders)


I don't even need to break down the macro's in your meals to know they are high carb, high fat, and moderate protein. This is a tasty, but bad strategy for body composition. When you have a six pack and figure out how to maintain it long term you can go back to eating like this brah.

That's the thing. I'm not worried about having a six pack. And you're right. The food doesn't have the best macros, so I supplement with whey. Eventually I'll get back on a strict diet, but for now I'm enjoying life. It's hard to diet when you're comfortable.
