I started getting heavy into skincare last year and have VERY good skin
for anti aging your bread and butter is sunscreen, moisturizer, retinol/tretenoin and vitamin C
keep your face OUT of the ****ing sun, wear a hat

Studies found that the antioxidant power of grapeseed proanthocyanidins is 20 times greater than that of vitamin E and 50 times greater than that of vitamin C," says Plescia. "The strong antioxidant capacities of grapeseed can help reduce the signs of aging, such as sun spots, fine lines, and wrinkles."25 Jan 2024

People used to say you look maybe 32, and now they are even guessing much older. Feel bad.
But I am still doing my best with anti aging and longevity regimen

36 (37 in two months) here is what I'm doing
Trying to get good sleep
Hydration
Cardio every day
Face wash 2-3x a day, face lotion with SPF in the morning, without SPF at night
Exfoliate in shower 1-2x a week
Will probably start fina/minox soon to prevent hair loss
Almost no alcohol (1x/month if that), no smoking
I'm sure I could be doing more

1. Drink more water. You know who you are. and no, diet sodas doesnt count. Even if you don't see it right away, drinking water does wonders for the body in the long run. Those random days you have a headache? You probably didn't drink enough water. If you're experiencing an ache or pain in a joint? Most likely a lack of water which transports nutrients to muscle to relieve pain. Water also clears up complexion, aids in the elasticity of the skin (prevents aging) and helps with the absorption of nutrients in the food that you are eating. Drink your phuckin water.
2. Don't get fat, and if you are fat lose the weight. You don't have to look athletic or like you lift, but it is the icing on the cake so you should always strive for that.
3. if your hair is thinning and you're finding yourself having to play around with comb-overs or cannot rock certain styles because it reveals bald patches, you need to rip the band-aid off now and just shave it bald. Its actually a lot less maintenance in the mornings, and you'll wonder why you didn't shave it off sooner. You're not fooling anyone, and everyone can see what you're trying to hide.

You guys are mostly pups, I turn 50 in six months.
But I can still pass for ten years younger probably. If you keep yourself with decent muscle (functional, not jacked), good skin (lots of hydration and don't do things like smoke), work on mobility and endurance along with strength, you're good physically. Sleep is a problem sometimes, so that's my main issue health wise.
Only change I make is that I'm much more aware of symptoms when they happen. I get my blood tested once a year, if there is anything unusual going on I'm on top of it ASAP to make sure nothing creeps up from a disease perspective. Simple things like checking blood sugar, blood pressure and resting HR can be done at home without an issue and can tell you a lot.
As for other things, I am fulfilled with my work and happy in my relationship, plus fairly stable and try to maintain a stress free lifestyle as much as possible. Not always feasible as a self-employed person, but I do my best. I'm also a proponent of mental acuity and attitude making a huge difference in biological age.

33 now but really abused my skin earlier, so have been putting in work last few years.
Put on sunscreen every morning and re-up if you’re out a lot during the day. Use tret (tretinoin) nightly. A generic moisturizer will be fine. Depending on how dry your skin is will determine if you need a lotion or something thicker like a cream. Tret will take a few months to half a year before you’ll see the results but damn is it good.
Drink lots of water and avoid alcohol, smoking and highly processed foods.
Get in cardio daily and strength train a few days a week.
