For some reason Florida attracts tons of degenerates. I know of at least two people from my sleepy little rust belt town that ended up dying from heroin overdoses in slumlord apartments down there. It probably has a lot to do with all the “rehab” centers down there. Hint, never use a rehab facility. They don’t work. Addicts are addicts and they make a ****ing fortune off those places and they don’t cure or fix anything.
