Just to get from one moment to the next can be an unbearable situation if your heart has been ripped out. People with drug problems start out as people with problems. It's a tragedy that the drug problems become the issue, and the issue that caused the drugs becomes unimportant.
Drugs just aren't worth it. What actually works is becoming very small by working hard.

Because their doctor prescribes it.

I love the hypocrisy with illegal drugs and legal drugs. Just because your doctor gives you scripts doesn't mean its fine.

I would be open to trying mushrooms/LSD in a controlled, chill environment.

What if people just enjoy using them from time to time because it feels good? Why is it a socialtal norm to enjoy alcohol, cannabis or dose yourself daily on prescription pills?

I watched alcohol and drugs destroy so many people. What I've realized is that if you are having problems, doing drugs is like putting it on a high interest credit card. Doesn't help you cope, and surely doesn't resolve anything. Doing it to have fun is also like charging a credit card as it caused more problems down the road.
