Jay has been out of the spotlight 10+ years, so if he looks older now... well, he is 74.

Otherwise, we don't age in a linear way. Just got done reading a study: Men age significant at two different points, when they're 45 and then again when they're 60. (Women get it worse, something like at 35 and then 50). So, sometimes if you see someone age in a burst, it's actually because they did.

there are outside factors as well - becoming President is a huge one, the before and after of four years shows a HUGE difference for almost all of them. Kamala will be a very interesting one to follow

Just saw something about aging, the expert was saying it isn't linear. There are two major points in your life where you age drastically. Dr said 44 and 60 on average, but everyone is different.

If you've been fat/chubby your whole life, losing weight is the worst thing you can do past 40. Brb wrinkles in the thousands. You can't expect skin which spent it's prime years being stretched by bloat to suddenly shrink to fit a now leaner frame when it's been blasted with UV for 30 years and lost all it's collagen.
