What do you mean exactly? To me, from where I stand, blacks shooting each other and taking out bystanders is inconsequential. My original point was that whites with mental issues are more likely to kill any of us than ghetto blacks are. 1. The people doing the shooting are idiots, and are more concerned with looking/feeling cool than exercising marksmanship
2. Handgun terminal ballistics are awful, and these idiots are almost certainly poors using FMJ bullets rather than hollow points. Every shot creates a 3/8" hole in the victim. 30 3/8" holes, many of them going through roughly the same place, is not going to instantly kill someone, unless they put one through his head.

Hague convention bans the use of hollow points. They know this.

That's another reason they murder other black people, they are murdering people like those that abused them. That's what serial killers tend to do.
