I've noticed a lot of avg looking girls are hitting the gym. So they might have a butter face, but it's a been a nice trend to see.

But overall we've been in a downward trend so long with obesity, that I couldn't say women are looking better than ever. Just look at pics from the 80s and 90s. Gym and nutrition might not have been on point, but people were at least a normal size with no obesity.

My GF teaches kids and she says their skincare routines at 11-13 are much higher than she can afford. So yeah, the kids with money are probably going to stay decent looking longer. But they'll also be doing the botox / surgery route sooner.
