An initial plan to bring the astronauts home wouldn't have been possible until February 2025 at the earliest. Now, the astronauts will return in early September, thanks to a unanimous decision from NASA representatives.

As the article mentions the Biden administration is asking Elon Musk to save the NASA astronauts , while at the same time Biden is looking to target and prosecute Musk. Unreal. Sounds like something Biden/Harris would do though.

Better give another 10 billion of tax payer money for Boeing to embezzle to fix this.

My guess is we start to see more people interested in becoming an astronaut again. The young adult population coming up now grew up in an era where NASA was non existent and two people would fly up to manage the ISS per year. Things are getting interesting again.
