Sorry to hear man. It’s phucked we can be minding our own business on the road, perfectly alert and some cocksucker just smashes into us because they weren’t paying attention. Maybe self-driving cars wouldn’t be so bad…

I'm glad you and your daughter are OK. Make sure you take as many pictures as possible and get the other guy's license and insurance. Report it to your insurance right away with the other driver's information, and give them your statement ASAP. Also, get yourself and your daughter checked for any possible injuries (concussion, whiplash, etc.). After that, talk to a lawyer. Rear end accidents are always the other driver's fault, so they will definitely jump at your case if there's money in it. If there are no injuries, then it's probably not worth suing since the other company should gladly fix your vehicle if you're not planning to get lawyers involved.

If the driver of the vehicle that hit you was picked up by his friend driving a Bentley, naturally you sue.

Other than that, I'd talk with your insurance company. And as mentioned earlier, document everything, pictures, notes.

Glad you are both okay Hendrix, but I’d Get your daughter checked out, could be a week or so before she may feel pain, it can spring up for any type of movements, best you both get looked at now.

OP im glad you and your daughter are okay

I got rear ended back in 2022 on a hit and run accident
my car was totaled and i actually ended up in jail for admitting to drinking (case got dismissed)

my attorney took care of everything doctor, insurance, and the reality is at the time i didnt think anything of the accident because i took the hit like a champ
but now i do see that part of the whiplash and the recoil from such kind of affected me after some time

highly suggest you get checked out because the symptoms might not show right away specially for your little girl

Like the others said, glad to hear you and your daughter are alright. Car accidents can definitely be jarring. Really nice cars btw. I think insurance does a lot of the legal legwork, but you’ll have to provide the medical claims. I’d get a consultation on the side just in case though.

don't sue for profit.
sue if negligence played a role in either parties involved, if at all.

Rear ending someone almost always involves negligence lol. How do you rear end someone so badly that your car becomes a golf cart?

Dude was probably rolling a joint and checking his EBT balance to rear end someone that hard.

Too many retards on the road. Down here in Florida I narrowly avoid death daily while driving.

if you were rear ended why is your front smashed in? did you get pushed into another car?? I had that happen and every car accident lawyer will take that for free because it's a 100% guaranteed money.

Dude was probably doing 70 MPH. It was at the red light there at Camp Shelby South Gate on Highway 49. He slammed on his breaks apparently but did so rather late it seems.

If you can't dodge it, ram it.

I was in a kinda major wreck when I was younger. Broke legs and took peasant payout from insurance company. I see years later and the pain I have it was a mistake. I was just wanting to be done with it so I would have been okay with nothing.

They did. USAA too. I am a member but don't have insurance through them. This is day three of no phone calls from them. We have had to call USAA multiple times. The "case" has been transferred three times now. May be time to go scorched earth. I had an x-ray of my next taken, and they're referring me for an MRI.

I removed the picture of my truck because it had my tag number.

Surprisingly he was an old 82 year old white dude. Had never been in a wreck.

Update: they totaled my truck lol. So I will come out pretty decently on the deal. I will likely just pay cash for my next one. I ain’t paying that high interest they are offering these days.
