yeah it was actually pretty good but they put a metric ton of oil and salt on everything. you could probably make a turd taste like a5 wagyu with that much oil and salt.

their gelato was really good though, it was pistachio flavored with some sort of syrup glaze and something crumbled on top. cost me 15 bucks though for that

Bro a cashier at a self serve buffet literally scolded me for a minute over not giving 15% tip.

He

1) handed me a pot of coffee with no good cream.
2) tried to give me the worst table when good ones were all over.
3) put the bill on my table to take up space instead of just doing it at the counter.
4) took my fork when removing a plate so I could not get more food.

No other interactions.

If anything, I’d ask for a discount from his obnoxious interruption and tip the chefs instead of him after.

regardless of the muh % 50 or 100 dollars whatever....its just a bad look period.

not saying that 20% is right as it used to be 15% and restaurants should have a payscale whereby workers are rightfully paid.

but again its just a bad look on yourself to go somewhere anywhere and not tip the customary amount. sure as hell couldn't do it at fine dining either.

shocked that OP has a gf (but like I've said before MOST men "fuk ugly" and simply call their significant other beautiful, cute whatever to keep from roping). Moreover if this didn't bother OP's girlfriend, it shows she also has bad-character traits and isn't worth spending time with. Most women would not be OK with this type of behaviour.
